Easy Yellow Cake Mix Cookies
Hey, ya’ll! Last weekend I was so busy that when it came down to bake something yummy to bring to work Monday morning, I just looked for the quickest and easiest solution for what I already had on hand. These will only take a couple minutes of your day to make, and they will be eaten in about the same time! There are only a few ingredients required to make this.
I want to give a shout out to a fellow blogger for the inspiration behind this: https://pin.it/7pa3vn6ozh2de2
Okay, let’s get baking!
YOU WILL NEED:
1 (15 oz.) box yellow cake mix
2 eggs, beaten
5 tbsp. butter, melted
1 bag (12 oz.) semi-sweet mini chocolate chips
Cooking spray (optional)
STEP ONE
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Then, spray your pan if it’s not non-stick.
STEP TWO
Combine all ingredients (minus the chocolate chips) in a big bowl and mix. It will get thick pretty fast- and that’s what you want. Once everything is mixed, stir in the chocolate chips. Next, spray your hands in cooking spray (so they don’t stick to the batter), pour your mixture in your cooking pan, and press flat with your hands. Throw the pan into the oven for about 25 minutes.
STEP THREE
EAT. Haha! It’s really that simple! Since Valentine’s Day is coming up I cut mine into hearts, but I think cutting it into squares is more practical as you get more cookie and no waste! Enjoy!
